April’s class may be the perfect place for you to practice. She doesn’t think the mat is the only place to practice yoga. What you learn on the mat gets carried off the mat and into the fabric of your life. Take your yoga off the mat and be the best version of you possible. With her professional dance background, come prepared to challenge your brain as well as your body with intelligent & creative sequencing. There is a deliberate and gradual build up in her classes that prepares you to reach your full potential by the end of each class. You will leave class invigorated, inspired and wanting more. The first half of class will kick your butt but the second half will kiss it. Leave class with a deeper connection to your authentic self.

Lisa is a daughter and mother. A teacher and student alike. A soul mate and handstand addict. Her playful teaching style embodies all the tools she has learned on her mat and her goal is simply to share these tools with others. While she focuses on the “how to’s”, she is more concerned with your connection to breath and how it feels. Her classes are always different so be prepared to release the chatter in your mind and at the same time finding a place within where you can flourish your true self!

Sharon fell in love with yoga over 15 years ago when, during her first class she discovered that she could leave all her concerns at the door and learn to be truly present for at least one hour out of her day. Initially, Sharon decided to enroll in Yoga Teacher Training for personal reasons: to improve her physical practice, to advance her spiritual journey and to help delay the aging process, along the way, however, Sharon realized she wanted to share her love of yoga and what it has done for her. She discovered the joy of facilitating others to achieve deep relaxation and to experience what an hour or so of focus can do. Seeing her student’s exit her class “under the influence,” is what it’s all about.

Lynn Marie’s journey to yoga began with a serendipitous conversation in Hawaii, where she realized that sharing the gift of yoga was her true passion. Being physically fit has always been a part of her life and while she enjoyed the physical benefits as an aerobics instructor and runner, nothing has influenced her life more profoundly than yoga. Practicing and teaching Yoga allows Lynn Marie to share her passion and belief that Yoga is a means to a positive and balanced energy; a dedicated practice nurtures the heart, strengthens the body, and calms the mind. Students can expect classes that are a blend of joyful energy, breath, and strength building poses with attention to alignment.

Briana, a Coachella Valley native, leads a spiritually and gently guided class that targets specific ares of the body to develop strength, flexibility and a deep inner opening for the balance of mind, body and spirit. Briana’s journey with yoga began when she discovered yoga as a means to rehabilitate a brain injury. She focuses on intelligent sequencing and is a big fan of props and alignment cues in order to tailor postures for individual needs. She’s passionate about teaching to all levels so everyone can find their inner journey to the self.
