info:
The inspiration for Lisa's classes comes from her love of the ocean. She finds that yoga has a remarkable similarity to the time she spends in the ocean on a surf board - peaceful, serene yet physically challenged. She enjoys the sensory pleasures in life - food, music - so expect to find some interesting music choices in her classes. Plan to feel deeply, experience fully and sweat entirely.

Sharon has been with Yoga Central since the day we opened. Actually, even before that as she was instrumental in promoting our little studio when we were just hanging our shingle. She’s been practicing for over 15 years and decided to become a teacher because she knew it would change her life in some way, shape or form providing a deeper connection to her spirtuality. She designs her classes so that the breath and postures align to achieve a calm and tranquil experience. It is her goal that you leave class feeling joyful!
